Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "56gl," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 56gl platform accessible at 56gl.net and its associated mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" refers to the 56gl website, all game pages, the cashier system, the sportsbook, the live casino lobby, the sabong section, the bingo rooms, and any related sub-pages or services accessible via 56gl.net.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the 56gl Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 56gl Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a player's 56gl Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-cashable incentives added to a player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wager" refers to any real-money bet placed on any game, table, event, or market available on the 56gl Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that oversees gaming operations in the Philippines.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 56gl Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 56gl Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 56gl Platform. Access to and continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms as published at 56gl.net/terms-conditions.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and play on the 56gl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines under applicable regulations. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on 56gl.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as players on the Platform.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 56gl or any of its associated game studios or payment providers, unless prior written consent has been obtained from 56gl management.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the 56gl Platform or from any other online gaming platform on grounds of fraud, abuse, or self-exclusion.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

56gl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 56gl may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 56gl Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate throughout the life of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 56gl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 56gl immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization.

Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, 56gl will require completion of KYC verification. This process typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 56gl may request additional documentation at its discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 56gl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 56gl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service.

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, and PesoNet are typically credited to your 56gl Balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified 56gl account holders are processed within the timeframes set out in the Cashier section of the Platform. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during bank holidays, or where additional verification is required. 56gl will communicate any material delays to the affected player via their registered email address.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where that channel does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative channel nominated by the player may be used subject to verification. 56gl reserves the right to conduct additional AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain threshold amounts.

• Players may not deposit funds from payment methods that are not registered in their own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the source of funds is a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed subject to 56gl's discretion and the capabilities of the relevant payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed in the 56gl Cashier interface and may be updated periodically.

Bonuses & Promotions

56gl offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, live casino cashback, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the general provisions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they may be converted to cashable balance or withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Players are advised to read all promotion-specific terms before claiming any bonus.

Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded from wagering requirement fulfillment entirely. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are set out in the relevant promotion's terms.

Bonus Abuse. 56gl employs automated systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without meaningful risk, exploitation of game mechanics in combination with bonus funds, and coordinated play among multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, 56gl reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, forfeit related winnings, and suspend the Account pending investigation.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of standard wagering requirement fulfillment.
• 56gl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• Promotions are available to eligible Philippine-based players unless otherwise specified.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 56gl Platform are supplied by certified, internationally audited studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning conducted under studio supervision. 56gl does not control or modify game outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of an active Wager, 56gl will endeavor to resolve the situation fairly and in accordance with the game provider's technical protocols. Where a round cannot be completed or a result cannot be determined, the Wager amount for the affected round will be returned to the player's Balance. Winnings from a round that was affected by a verified technical error on 56gl's systems may be voided pending investigation.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a Wager. Game rules are accessible within each individual game interface. Placing a Wager constitutes acceptance of the applicable game rules. 56gl will not refund Wagers placed under a misunderstanding of the relevant game rules.

Minimum and maximum Wager limits applicable to each game or table are displayed within the game interface. 56gl reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 56gl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other Account process.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the 56gl Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, including sharing login credentials.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, hacking, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities or game mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place Wagers.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in any game, table, or betting market on the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets or platforms.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 56gl staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

Responsible Gaming

56gl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. Gaming is intended to be an entertaining activity. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within every 56gl Account.

Available responsible gaming tools on 56gl include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in the permanent or temporary closure of the player's Account, with access blocked for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register during the exclusion period.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek professional support. 56gl maintains a dedicated Responsible Gaming page with information on local Philippine support resources. The minimum age to play on 56gl is 21 years. 56gl cooperates fully with PAGCOR's player protection framework.

Suspension & Account Closure

56gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute instruction from a payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Detection of duplicate Accounts associated with the same player.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed following investigation, 56gl reserves the right to forfeit the Balance in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 56gl support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements applicable to Bonus Funds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 56gl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

56gl does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. 56gl will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 56gl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 56gl's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 56gl Platform — including but not limited to the 56gl brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of 56gl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, lawful gaming entertainment. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 56gl.

Any unauthorized use of 56gl's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims for damages and injunctive relief under applicable law.

Privacy

56gl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the 56gl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and 56gl. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

56gl complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in its handling of all player personal data. Player data will not be sold to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, game studios, and regulatory bodies where necessary for the lawful operation of the Platform and fulfillment of regulatory obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted on the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to 56gl's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of 56gl to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by 56gl in writing.
